Primary Group was established in the Philippines in 1985. Previously called Primer International Corporation (PIC) as a trading company, importing seasonal goods. In 1992, the Primary Group company imposed a garment license from Disney and Warner Bros.. Later that same year, Uniglobe Travelware Co., Inc.
