The Arnold Strongman Classic is an annual competition featuring strength athletes from around the world. Created by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jim Lorimer, this is a branch of the Arnold Sports Festival held annually in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Instead of focusing on endurance, speed, and athleticism like the World's Strongest Man, the competition is directed at the world's heaviest instrument to find out who is really the strongest person.

Histori
The Arnold Strongman (who has been widely referred to as the "Arnold Classic", "Arnold Classic Strongman", "Arnold's Summit" and "Arnold's Strongest Man") is one of many branches of the Arnold festival. Arnold Sport Festival, founded in 1989 as Arnold Classic and named Arnold Schwarzenegger, was originally a bodybuilding contest. It features competitions for men (Arnold Classic) and for women (Ms International). The bodybuilding contest has been expanded to include Fitness International and Figure International competitions for women. However, the event was also expanded to include sports and other events, one of which was a strong man, introduced in late 2002. The Strongman event was created by a powerlifter named Dr. Terry Todd at the request of Arnold Schwarzenegger. The expansion program caused the Classic to be Arnold Fitness Weekend and now the Arnold Sports Festival. According to co-producer Arnold Sports Festival, Jim Lorimer: "The Arnold Strongman Classic has grown in popularity every year, and we are very excited that many strong people are back." January 29, 2008
In 2002 the American professional wrestler and former weightlifter Mark Henry won the competition. In addition to competing in four official events - the Apollon Wheels, Deadlift, Hummer Boost, and 800 Lbs Farmer's Walk - competitors are given the chance to try lifting an irreplaceable Thomas Inch dumbbell, or Inch Bell. A $ 1000 reward is given to the person who can pull it high in the air. Five men chose to try Bell with Mark Henry winning $ 1000 by pulling him to the level of his chest. Pfister lifted Inch Bell over his head with his right hand, with a standing ovation, but his elevator was disqualified because he briefly stabilized the dumbbell with his left hand while on his knee and because he used "continental clean" while raising the dumbbell to his chest. Pfister was also given $ 1000.
From 2003 to 2008? Ydr? Nas Savickas of Lithuania won all the powerful people of Arnold. In 2008 he received a check for $ 40,000 from Gerard Dente of MHP, an Audemars Piguet watch by Robert Ronan and the Louis Cyr trophy (after the legendary legend Louis Cyr) and congratulations from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. In that competition, 12 world records were set with Savickas who set three of them. In Dead Dead Ban, he raised 1,027 pounds. In Circus Dumbbell he tied up with Derek Poundstone for a world record with nine lifts each, and on the Manhood Stones he lifted 525 pounds, three times.
American Derek Poundstone wins in 2009 & amp; 2010. Derek takes the empty throne of Zydrunas when he takes 2009 from the competition. When Savicka returns in 2010, Derek defends his title by defeating Zydrunas.
Just days before the 2011 contest, 2-time defending champion Derek Poundstone was forced to withdraw from the contest with injury. Brian Shaw came and won the contest, and Mike Jenkins, the winner of the amateur event of Arnold Strongman 2010 who competed in his first professional player competition, surprised many and finished in second place ahead of 6th-placed Zydrunas Savicka who came third.
